I, William Wright of Franklin County, am well & of perfect senses, (but)
calling to mind the mortality of man. To my grandson Enoch Wright - all
my land and plantation where I now live, and all my stock and furniture.
Enoch shall provide said William with all the things that are needed
during his life. Executors and trustees: my 2 sons, James Wright and
George Wright and Enoch Wright. Signed - William Wright. Wit - Isaac
Abshire, Philemon Smith, Abraham Abshire. At Franklin Court of Jan 2,
1809, this will of William Wright, deceased, was proved by the oath of
all 3 witnesses, and ordered recorded. And at Sep 3, 1810, Court, on the
motion of George Wright, one of the executors, who, together with James
Wray, his security, entered into his bond in the penalty of $50,
certificate is granted him for obtaining a probate in due form, liberty
being reserved to the other executors to join in the probate when they
shall see fit.

memory. First, my just debts are to be paid. To my wife Fanny Leamon -
my estate, during her natural life or widowhood. If she marries, then
she is to have one third of the estate, during her natural life, and at
her death to return to my estate, to be divided as follows: one third
to my John Leamon, one third to my 2nd son, Daniel Leamon, and one
third to be equally divided between the children of my daughter,
Elizabeth Wray when they come to age. Executors: my friends Nathaniel
H. Clabourn (Claborne) and Joseph Flora. Signed Aug 27, 1811 - Daniel
Leamon. Wit - Moses Greer Jr, Polley Culp, Susanna Greer. At Franklin
Court of Oct 7, 1811, this will of Daniel Leamon was proved by the oath
of witness Moses Greer, Jr. And at Nov 4, 1811 Court, the will was
further proved by the oath of witnesses Polley Culp and Susanna Greer,
and ordered recorded. On the motion of the executors, who, together with
Moses Greer, Jr, their security, entered into their bond in the penalty
of $1,000, certificate is granted them for obtaining a probate.
