Elizabeth Rhea et. al. vs. Sutherland and McClelland.

Henry Rhea, dec'd late of Butler Co. Ohio d. in year 1813 - widow Eliz. Rhea
Children: Juliann wife of Joseph P. Wilson, Eliza wife of Samuel Dick Jr.
thomas Lyon Rhea and John Rhea the last two being minors by Joseph p. Wilson
their guardian. that Sutherland and McClelland were adms. of estate of Henry
Rhea and that said Henry Rhea left large estate of $7000.00 and upwards from
which money was collected by Adm. from Pennsylvania. Petition ask that estate
be settled and money distributed.
