Dear Rhea Cousins:

Rootsweb is Free. No one subscribing to any RootsWeb List is required to pay
for any services. All contributions to RootsWeb are Voluntary.

We do encourage all of you to Voluntarily Support the RootsWeb Genealogical
Data Cooperative by contributing at:
http://www.rootsweb.com/rootsweb/how-to-subscribe.html

RootsWeb is a wonderful service and is as deserving of our support as any
genealogical endeavor in the world, and we urge all of our fellow researchers
to join in becoming RootsWeb Members or Sponsors (membership is $12 annually,
Sponsorship is $24).

HOWEVER, your contributions should ALWAYS go to RootsWeb DIRECTLY. Should any
of you ever be asked by any List Maintainer of any RootsWeb List (or anyone
else, for that matter) to contribute funds directly to that List Maintainer
(Moderator, Coordinator, etc.) rather than directly to RootsWeb: NOT!

In fact, should this occur, wwe ask that you please forward the offending
posting/private email directly to so that action can be taken.
