I recently uncovered this old paper which is from"Kentucky Ancestors",
Jan. 1973, Volume 8 #3. I haven't been on this list long enough to know
if it has been posted before or not at all. It isn't my line and perhaps
someone out there needs it , so if you don't, please delete.

NEWSPAPER CLIPPING: (probably from the EATON, OHIO REGISTER)
DIED: In Chelsea Township, August 17th, Effie, daughter of John and
Elizabeth Rhea, aged about 8 years.

DIED:At her residence in Jackson Township, Preble County, Ohio,
September 9, 1877, MRS. SARAH RHEA, wife of ALEXANDER RHEA, aged 65
years, 9 months and 20 days. Mrs. Rhea was born in Kentucky, and
emigrated to Preble County with her parents, Rev. Josiah CONGER, when
but a child. For 37 years she had lived a consistent member of the
Christian Church. She was the mother of nine children, two of whom and
and an affectionate husband remain to mourn her loss.

DIED: On the 20th inst., at her residence, near Sugar Valley, in this
county, PHEBE CONGER, wife of MOSES CONGER, aged about 73 years. She was
one of our oldest and most esteemed citizens, and leaves a large circle
of relatives and friends. Her death came from accidentally falling into
the cellar, producing such injuries as, in a few days, terminated
fatally.

DIED: ALEXANDER RHEA, son of ROBERT and ELIZABETH RHEA, was born January
14th, 1813, and died December 16th, 1880, aged 67 years, 11 months and
two days. He was married to SARAH CONGER, daughter of Rev. JOSIAH
CONGER, February 13th, 1834. Eight children were born unto them, four
sons and four daughters. Two sons only remain of the entire family. He
and his wife united with the Paint Christian Church in the year 1840,
remaining there for many years, then united with the Concord Church.
Something near a year ago, he was united in marriage to Mrs. MELDORA
HITTLE, with whom he lived in great peace and comfort until death. After
marriage, he and wife united with the Eaton Christian Church.....Funeral
