The name and info rings a bell. I seem to recall coming across a
newspaper obit for this Robert Rhea when looking for info at the
Tennessee State Library in Nashville a couple of years ago. I believe
it was in a vertical file or referenced in their surname card
catalog. The library may be able to help you.
