I am fairly confident that we have identified Rev. Joseph Rhea's children,
and grandchildren etc. having the Rhea name through the generation that
included the Joseph Rhea b. 1807 which you (Mike Bates) are looking for.

We do still have a number of Rhea groups that were in Tennessee in the late
1700's that we have not been able to connect. These groups have names which
are so similar to those of Rev. Joseph Rhea's descendants that there is a
possibility that we will find they are connected to his brothers (James,
William, Isaac) and cousins Rhea who also immigrated about this time. We
need to continue accumulating and comparing data. Slowly we are putting
together the complete package. Any tid-bits you come across could be
helpful. Please continue to feed the Rhea discussion group with your
findings.
