Hello all. I'm going to try my hand at contacting everyone with my Rhea/Rea
line in hopes someone has a connection. This is only my first week in the
group, so I may have missed something. Please forgive me if I'm asking
someone to repeat themselves: This is my line, and except for myself and my
father, all of these people are buried in the E. Springfield, Erie Co.,
Pennsylvania cemetery.

Samuel Rea, a Revolutionary War veteran, was born 27 Dec. 1762 in Franklin
Co., Pa., married Margaret Eaton, and died 5 March 1813. His son....

Samuel Rea, a War of 1812 veteran, was born 27 Oct. 1792 in Washington Co.,
Pa., married Elizabeth Ferguson, and died 8 Sep. 1883. His son...

George Rea, a Civil War veteran, was born 12 Dec 1812 in West Springfield,
Pa., married Louisa Jane King, and died 12 Dec. 1888. His daughter...

Elizabeth Hannah Rea was born 9 Jul 1845 in West Springfield, Pa., married
Darius Sanford, Jr., and died 20 May 1939. Her son...

Darius Rea Sanford was born 27 June 1879 in West Springfield, Pa., married
Myrtle Mae Fobes and died 5 Aug. 1960. His son...

Charles Rea Sanford was born 11 Nov. 1919 in West Springfield, Pa., married
Myrtle Edith Craig. Their daughter...

Diana Myrtle Sanford Fitzsimons (me) born 19 Apr 1949 in West Springfield,
Pa. (now living in Maryland). The Rea name continues on in my late brother,
Roderick Rea Sanford, and his son, Roderick Rea Sanford, Jr.

The information I'm looking for is who immigrated to America? Do you know
exactly when and where? Does anyone have the brothers and sisters of my
first Samuel Rea, the Rev. War veteran and the second one, the War of 1812
veteran, or even George Rea? I believe my first Samuel Rea is the son of
Samuel Rhea and Elizabeth Snodgrass from Ireland. Is anyone out there
descended from the same guys?
