I posted this sometime ago, but for those of you who are new to the list,
thought it would be good to post again.

9-1827- Elizabeth Rhea et. al. vs. Sutherland and McClelland
Henry, dec'd late of butler Co. Ohio d. in year 1813- Widow
Eliz. Rhea. Children: Juliann- wife of Joseph P. Wilson,
Eliza wife of Samuel Dick, Jr. Thomas Lyon Rhea and John Rhea
the last two being minors, by Joseph P. Wilson their guardian.
That Sutherland and McClelland were adms of estate of Henry
Rhea and that said Henry Rhea left large estate of $7000.00
and upwards from which money was collected by adms. from
Penn. Petetioner asks that estate be settled and money
be distributed.

Olathe, Kansas 5-17-1925, m. to Nancy Clark, March 4, 1865. No children.
