I went through Bristol TN this past weekend and had the great privilege of
visiting the Weaver Union Church (Presbyterian and Methodist) cemetery. The
8-foot obelisk with Rev. Jos. Rhea's family's names inscribed on it stands in
full view and is a wonderful memorial to him. What a debt of gratitude we owe
to the persons who got the info from the old stones before they got
illegible! Weaver Cemetery is on Highway 358 (Weaver Pike), 2.7 miles south
of the racetrack overpass (394) and just south of the East Volunteer Fire
Dept. in Weaver community. If anyone wants more detailed directions, e-mail
me. It's well worth the side trip from I-81.
