I tell you the world is getting smaller and smaller.
I had seen the name of Dr. John Lockridge, associated with the Coyner family;
in some of the documentation from RPRhea. I wrote a note to bob walters, to
see if this man was related to Ann Rhea and John Lockridge.
From Robert Walters:
Dr. John Ewing Lockridge is indeed a descendant of John and Ann Rhea
Lockridge. They had a son John, who married Ann Elizabeth Ervine, who in turn
had John Ewing Lockridge as their son, b. Nov. 24 1830, died 13 Aug. 1910. He
m. Lydia Margaret Coyner 9 Aug. 1854 in Long Glade, Augusta Co. Va.
He and Lydia Margaret had no children.
Martin Luther Coyner m. Elizabeth Reah, dau. of Robert and Sarah Bingham
Reah(Rhea)
Their son Addison H. Coyner m. Elizabeth Brown
One of their daughers was Lydia Margaret Coyner.
