I have seen mention of a Uriah Rhea, somewhere back in my research. Did
Pleasant ever use just the Uriah, or do you know?

I have decided not to put the Rhea RESEARCH PAGE together myself. I do a lot
of research on the web, as well as write a RHEA Family Newsletter. I do not
have any expertise in putting together a web page. I do not want to mess it
up for all of you. I just don't have the time to sit down and work this page
out. I wanted to, but there's just not enough time in the day. I will be
happy to provide all my info on the Rhea's, if someone will please do the
page. I have alot of ideas of how the page should look, and would be happy to
help, as long as it is only with suggestions.

I think our research needs to concentrate here in the United States. There
are those who are researching the ties to Ireland and Scotland. My
concentration will be from present to 1730. as this is the time that we
suspect that Archibald came over, and also the time period when some of
Matthew's children came over.

Have you looked at the Southern CombSite:

This is what got me started wanting to do a RHEA RESEARCH PAGE

We could list the TEAM RESEARCHERS that have family information on a
specific RHEA branch.

I think it would be a good idea if we could get the Civil War Pensions List
for the States I have been told that Texas has the list on the web. I just
need to check with the other state cooordinators. We could list that on the
page.

Suggestions have also been made that we look for the following records.
Census records, marrige records, cemetery records, Wills. in our files.

We are sharing so that we may find our ties.(unless you want to wait another
20 years to find yours. Many of us have worked for alot longer than 20 years,
and now the info is right at our fingertips for the taking since we have
access to online records.

Just think If we have this research page up and someone taps into it, and
contacts you , and says I have your 1856 to 1630 would you like to have
it---what would you say?????????? Or I saw the Rhea Research Page on-line,
and I think I connect to your line.

Please!!!!!! Someone who has expertise in designing a WEB PAGE please do it
for us.

I know some of you have looked at the STITT WEB Page Our Rhea page could be
designed like this one, which is great, or could be like the COMBS page or
something inbetween.

Please contact me if you are interested. Pat
