Some info I have regarding the Snapp connection to Rhea:

Rev. Joseph Rhea's son Joseph m. Frances Breden. Their daughter Frances b.
1799 m. in 1825 Jonathan Bachman b. 1801. Their son Jonathan b. 1837 m
Evalena Dulaney b. 1836. Evalena's parents were William Roberts Dulaney b.
1800 and Mary Caroline Taylor b. 1806. William Roberts' parents were Elkanah
Roberts Dulaney b. 1770 and Margaret Snapp. Reference for this is DAR lineage
book 90694. I have nothing more about Margaret Snapp.
Rev. Joseph Rhea's son James b. 1774 m Elizabeth Snapp. They had John
Quintas, James, Fanny, Samuel, and Theodoric Bland b. 6-21-1833 who married
Frances E. Rhea b. 12-11-1832. Their children were Elizabeth b. 1857 and
Robert b. 1859.
Pure speculation on my part, but Margaret and Elizabeth seem to be
contemporaries and possibly related. Faye
