lists. He explains as you will see about sending attachments. Yu will read
why we discourage attachments.

HAVE SOME PATIENCE, FOLKS.
Attachments, per se, are not bad. If you have an email program that chokes
on a small attachment, then it's time for an upgrade.
Some newer programs seem to send them automatically. They can be an
aggravation, but they won't hurt anything.
The rule against attachments is meant to stop humongous ones, like a big
gedcom or a graphic attached to a message. It's the size of them that make
people's machines crash.
