9-1827- Elizabeth Rhea et.al.vs. Sutherland and McClelland
Henry Rhea, dec'd late of Butler Co. Ohio d. in yar 1813-Widow Eliz. Rhea.
Children Juliann-wife of Joseph P. Wilson, Eliza wife of Samuel Dick Jr.
Thomas Lyon Rhea and John Rhea, the last two being minors, by Joseph P.
Wilson their guardian. That Sutherland and McClelland were adms. of estate
of Henry Rhea and that said Henry Rhea left large estate of $7000.00 and
upwards from which money was collected by adms. from Penn.
Petetioner
asks that estate be settled and money be distributed.
