Stephen Ray (Wray), b. abt 1730, Ireland, was in Davidson Co TN at birth of
son, Alexander Ray 1-1-1781. Wife was Elizabeth Black (?). Alexander Ray
married Nancy Ann Ing, Jan 1808 in Davidson Co TN. Alexander and family
moved to Gibson Co TN between 1826 and 1839. Is anyone researching Rays in
Davidson Co? Thank you.
