Concerning Attachments: Please read and if needed copy------

UNLESS SPECIFICALLY ADVISED OTHERWISE BY THE LISTOWNER, please
do not intentionally send attachments with list mail. Most mail packages have
a feature that allows you to 'attach" files such as a word processing file.
These
will be encoded and need to be decoded at the receiving end; they may also be
large. These can cause some users' machines to lock up- so just say no to
attachments, please
