W. H. Redfearn stood as surety for D. M. Rhodes/Roden and Eliza Capps'
Benton County MS marriage license on 11 September 1875. W. H. Redfearn also
was the Justice of the Peace who married David (D. M.) and Eliza on 20
September 1875.



Benton County was created from parts of Tippah and Marshall counties 15 July
1870. Tate County was created from DeSoto, Marshall, and Tunica Counties 23
December 1873.
