I'm looking for information on these Radley's - my family's passed down this:

John Radley was married to a Betsy Brate - both would have been born in the late 1700's. I have no definitive dates, I only know that one of their sons was born in 1815.
I've been told that they had 2 sons and 2 daughters.
One of their sons was William Radley who married Isabella McCoy.
They had 5 children, I believe. I have no information on Isabella McCoy.
One son was Charles, born 1846 who married Abigail Kirkland who died before she was 30 during childbirth. I know nothing more about Abigail, but I have much information on their children, grandchildren, great, 2 great and 3 great-grandchildren.
Both John Radley and Betsy Brate lived in the Albany, NY area, whether or not they were born here, I don't yet know.
I know nothing further about Betsy Brate, but I'm working on it.
John Radley was the son of Richard and Anna MacRusky Radley.
The only information about Anna MacRusky that I have is that she was from Bethlehem, NY.
Richard Radley according to family information was born in New Scotland, NY, but I have no other information on him.
Richard and Anna MacRusky Radley had 6 sons and 5 daughters, so the family story goes, but if this is correct, that's all I know.

Any information on any of these people would be appreciated.
Thank you.
Joanne
