i am a new subsriber to this list. how long has
it been in existance? am searching for information on my gggrandfathers
family. william conway quarrels/quarles-b-08 march 1830-d-22 march
1871-married mary adeline
mccarter on 27 november 1852-mary adeline
quarles became a well known midwife in the
jefferson and sevier county areas.
are there archives for the list which might show
other searchers for this particular quarles family? i ave been told that
williams father was
a minister and that he died from a fall and that
william had siblings, it is believed his mothers
name was elizabeth. my ggrandmother paulina
ellen quarles was daughter of wm and mary
adeline who married james t. walker. james t.
and paulinas son, thomas newton walker was
my grandfather. tia
