According to family lore James F. Queen was in Jewell County Kansas and had four or five children. Due to hard times, he gave the children up, and moved on. I think I have located his grave in Wyoming, along with maybe one of the children.

One of the children was named John - so this very well could be him. Thank you for posting this.
