Do you believe that the Government of Canada should apologize
for the Home Children/Child Migrant Immigration Scheme 1869 - 1960's
for any misfortune or abuse/neglect thesa children experienced?

If so, following this link you will find the Petition to print off
with instructions.
http://canadianbritishhomechildren.weebly.com/apology-petition.html

Only residents of Canada may sign this petition and their is no age
restriction although there should be a basic understanding of the
Home Children and the reasons for this petition.

We hope that you will print these sheets off and obtain signaures.
You don't have to be a descendant to sign - anyone can sign.
Show it to your family, friends and colleagues at work.
Copy this email to other mailing lists you maybe on to help
spread the word.

Contact for any questions Lori Oschefski

Thank you so very much

PS There is an online Petition regarding access to records
Please take a minute to add you name - thank you
This petition aims to gain your support to lobby the Government of
Canada to, at the very least,
offer a grant to the relatives of Home Children to enable them to
pay Barnardo's and other agencies in England for their family information.
