Hello,
the PRDH --has the following
Jean Lemire b. in France 1625
first marriage: Louise Marsolet Stagnan, Québec, 1653

and :
Nicolas Marsolet Stagnan , b. France 1601
fisrt marriage : Marie Barbier in France. 1637

Source :The free part of the PRDH.
I have acces to the PRDH only at my genealogical sociéty, but some other may
be able to find if there is a connection between the two marriage above.
It was not uncommon to see two surnames, in this case Lemire and Marsolet
. Finally some descendants could have taken only one of the surname.
