Hello List,

I am searching for the two families above and any information about their
ancestors.



Francis Blanchard, b. about 1842 in Canada, probably Quebec Provence, moved
to Derby, Vermont

Francis m. Mary Liberty, b. about 1842, Canada East, married probably before
1862. They had 4 children:



Mary Melvina, b. abt 1863, Derby, Vermont

Israel, b. abt 1862,place unkn

William, b. abt 1867, place unkn

Joseph, b. abt 1868, place unkn



The 1850 U.S. Census shows that Mary was b. in Canada East

Father - Thadeus Liberty, b. abt 1811, Canada East

Mother - Mary (Surname Unkn), b. abt 1804, Canada East

Children of Thadeus

Mary, b. abt 1842, Canada East

Israel, b. abt 1843, Canada East

Margaret, b. abt 1839, Canada East

Charles, b. abt 1827, Canada East



Can someone provide more information on the above persons? Where is Canada
East?

Where did they live in Canada, and when/why did they move to Vermont? Are
there any birth/death/baptism/Canadian census records available for these
two families?
