It is the responsibility of The Generations Network (mother company to the
Ancestry sites) which hires firms that specialize in data transcription. It
is precisely because the keying will be done by people who do not know
French-Canadian names that TGN struck an agreement with the PRDH who will
assume quality control and data corrections.
