Subject: Question on 1901 Census
Date: Tue, 24 May 2005 11:01:41 -0400
I have been looking at the Automatic 1901 Census for Canada and well I think
I found my Michauds on it, however am not sure because this one looks like
it might be the right family, but the wife's name is throwing me some. Now I
have as follows:
Michaud, John M Head year of birth, 1867 age 33
Michaud,Ritasse F. Wife year of birth 1866 age 34
Michaud, Hughy (could be my John Louis, son, year of birth 1891 age 9
Michaud, Julienne, Daughter year of birth 1893 age 7
Michaud,Paul , Son year of birth 1897 age at census 3
Now this is the 1901 Census of Canada, Subdistrict of Kenyon, Glengarry ,
Ontario Distric Number 42, subdistrict c-1
Now my question is that John Michaud's wife......which would of been
Felicette Pauline Richer, now is Ritasse another name for her.....I would
appreciate anyone's help in regards to this. I am almost certain this is the
same family I have been looking for. Only problem is the wife's name
.......... Thank you for all your help.
Lynn
