Hallo Teresa;

We do Genealogy all year round, which means, we are presenting the
names we are researching in a way to have other researchers look at them.
The use of the word 'Rollcall' is not encouraged at all, it is unneccessary,
and just results in a rash of name throwings, which in many cases are
completely ignored.

I as the host of this Quebec list do encourage to list all your names you
need help with once a year, and I must say, your list was fine, except it
should have contained some dates or time spans. With the tremendous
amount of name duplications over the centuries, dates are most important.
Once a year will ensure that our archives will tell a connection between
your names and you, and will show a recent email address to help other
researchers to get in touch with you. This being very important since we
had a heck of a lot of recent email address changes.

So, in closing, I do appreciate your effort with your posting, with the exception
of calling it a Roll Call, and not giving dates.
