Hello QUEBEC-L and D subscribers:

Just for your information:

There are 395 subscribers in single mode,
plus 248 subscribers in Digest mode - total 643 subscribers.

There are 48 addresses on my 'reject' list, down from 60 (sometimes
I get mushy moments and since I am also forgetful, I can't remember
anymore why they are on the list in the first place,
and take'm off the reject.

I only put such addresses on the reject list, who do not comply with
rules as laid down clearly, and they are only taken off after having
been warned privately. Due to recent experiences I will not issue
any more private warnings, because I have seen such private
warnings appear as forwards to other lists, which is by itself a
copyright infringement. Before anyone does that again, consult your
lawyer.

As a last word, I am a Canadian, this is a Canadian list, and tonight
I am rooting for Wayne Gretzky's Canadian Hockey team.
