know this is really a long shot, but I have so little info on this branch of
the family, I'll try most anything.
I know my Great Grandfather, Michael Lynott, was born in Canada September
20, 1854 as were his sister Mary Lynott Edmonds and brothers David and
Bernard. Possibly more children, but these are all that I have found so
far.
I, also, know that his father owned property in the late 1860's and early
1870's in both Kirk's Ferry, Ontario?? and Hull, Ottowa, Quebec. His parents
were Ulic Lynott, born Ireland and mother Mary Rouse born Ireland. I think
this may have been one of several wives? Any info you can come up with will
be greatly apreciated. Birth, marriage, death, property,census?????? I
have no idea what is available there. Please let me know of any expenses
necessary or if you need any other info.
