Remember that even their parents are "old" to little kids. I mention this so you needn't feel you have to go back several generations. It is more likely you may have objects: a baby spoon, a cup, jewellery or a book that belonged to your grandparents or great grandparents to show and tell. Objects are great for holding attention.
