I appologize in advance. As I live in Colorado, I don't have access to
either the Index or
Antonin Proulx's books on the Proulx family.

I am looking for more info on my ggrandmother, Elmire Proulx (b. May
6,1879 in St. Aime, Quebec), and her family. I know she had at least four
sisters- one was named Alphonsine.
Her parents were Joseph Proulx and Marie Ethier. She did marry, but I
have no idead where or
when. Elmire and Aimee Beaudreault emigrated to Massachusetts from Sorel,
Quebec in November
1913. From copies of ssn applications (belonging to their daughters), the
family may also be found in the register for St. Louis de Bonsecours in
Sorel. Their youngest daughter may have been born in St. Aime.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
