published,but if in Canada then
Have you checked the catalogue at National Library?

If it was published in Canada they'll have(should!) copies. Depending on
how many they have, you may be able to borrow thru' ILL
(interlibraryloan)
or alternatively, the library of congress ,I believe is the American
