Hi Gang

Here is another avenue for information if you happen to be into Short Wave
Radio listening.

Some Short Wave broadcasting stations do broadcast genealogy programs.
Course you can write in with questions, send e-mail or even phone them. But,
phoning Ireland for instance, might not be a cheap venture.

I've listened to Short Wave broadcasts for years and never occurred to me
before to mention this on the list.

I believe it was early last week I happen to catch a broadcast from
Ireland, Short Wave Radio who were running a genealogy program at the time.

You must also remember many countries broadcast in their own language, but
they also have almost always an English Broadcast time period. Lets say
France for instance.

If I can listen to Egypt, for instance, in English, France also has
English broadcasts.

The only thing is, you need a Short Wave Radio.

Just a thought for 'ya.

Best
Bill
