I have never been able to find this marriage. Joseph Gervais to Marie Josephte Montjou-
Montjean. The first child I know of was born about 1850 in N.Y. State. I'm beginning to think
that there is a dit name for her .

They lived in Franklin Co., N.Y. at Malone & Chateaugay. It wasn't in the church in N.Y. where
the children were baptized. I thought maybe they married at Quebec but it doesn't come up in the
Drouin Index.
