Subject: [Q-R] Translation of Birth
Date: Tue, 05 Apr 2011 22:38:39 -0400

I found a birth record for a couple I am trying to find the marriage date of
but I am Kerflumped (sp?) because it is a different Drouin and so I cannot
follow along with my self made dictionary to translate. It is contained in a
database on Ancestry Early U.S. French Catholic Church Records (Drouin
Collection), 1695-1954 Record for Antoine Paul Parent . The date is January
26th, 1801.

I am not sure what the record says or the exact spelling of the mother's
name. Also there is a not in the margin I don't understand.

So I would appreciate anyone with access to the Canadian records on ancestry
can translate this for me. It is under Detroit, L'Assomption de Sandwich de
Windsor 1781-1808.

Any help will be greatly appreciated especially if someone could give a full
translation then I can keep it in my file and it will help me if I find
another record in this database.
