I would say Levi IS Francois Xavier not his twin ....1900 census shows
mother Caroline with son John (1871) with her, Levi (1873) & wife
then Charles L. (1875) all on same page

and no twin births ........

Census & his marriage cert in New Hampshire.

Son of Louis Veilleux & Caroline Couture of either Leeds or Sherbrooke.

If he was born 1873 it has to be June 22 at St Michel Sherbrooke-making him
twin to Francois Xavier.
