Baptism of Francois Augustin Amiot

On July twenty fifth 1734, I, Desnoyers, priest and pastor of the parish of
St Augustin, undersigned, baptized Francois Augustin, born on the twenty
fourth of this month to the lawful marriage of Etienne Amiot and Marianne
Poitras residents of the said parish. Godfather was Augustin Constantin and
the godmother Marie Magdeleine Amiot, aunt of the child, who declared they
were unable to write or to sign, upon inquiry, according to the ordinance.
