You might be interested in this information from Les Grands Familles re Amiot family.
Philippe Amiot arrived with his famille from Picardie, France in 1635.
d between 26-08-1636 and 26-09-1639 at Quebec,
m about 1625 at Picardie, FR to Anne Convent (Guillaume & Antoinette de Longval) of Picardie, FR
d 25 b 26-12-1675 at Quebec;
- Anne's 2nd marriage 26-09-1639 at Quebec to Jacques Maheu ou Maheust (Nicolas & Louise Clichon) of Perche, FR. He died and was buried 22-07-1663 at Quebec.
- Anne's 3rd marriage 10-09-1666 at Quebec to Étienne Blanchon dit Larose (Jean & Anne-Antoinette Rochon) of Auvergne, FR.
Philippe Amiot & Anne Convent had two sons: Charles and Mathieu

The above couple had 16 children between the years 1651 and 1678.... Their son Etienne was their 13th child:

- m 15-10-1708 Québec to
Jeanne Campagna (Pierre & Anne-Françoise Richard) born about 1690.
Charles Amiot (Philippe & Anne Convent) d 10 b 11-12-1669 at Quebec
m 02-05-1660 at Quebec to Geneviève de Chavigny (François & Éléonore de Grandmaison)

Charles Amiot & Genevieve de Chavigny had 3 children between 1661 and 1665.
