Could this be a possible mistranslation or misprint of "onze" or 11? Looks
like the child was 11 years old when she died.

I looked up information in Ancestry.ca and found a baptism record for
Hugette on 2 July, 1933 at St-Patrice de Magog 1933, image 24 - which gives
parents as Telesphore Rhéume and Emma Langlois born the 29 June 1933 with
full name as Marie Rose Eugette(sic). Godfather is Daniel Langlois of
Eastman and godmother is Adele Langlois of Magog.

"open". Perhaps if you gave source etc it could be checked in case
something in the sentence gave a better clue.
