Hello Karen,

What a very nice offer! Of course I accept, it will be my pleasure to
share data with you.

The person I am documenting happens to be your 1st cousin 6 times
removed... I think... ;-)

Jacques ROBITAILLE, the "usual" witness at funeral in the Saint-Charles
sur le Richelieu parish, happens to have been one of Jean Baptiste
LOISELLE's sons-in-law. Well, a future one anyway. He was married to
Marie LOISELLE on the 2 Jul 1792 in Saint-Charles.

It is possible that Louis LEMOINE was also a son-in-law, though I don't
know who his wife would have been in that case.

Of course, he could also be the Louis LEMOINE (HUS dit Paul dit Lemoine
dit etc....) married to Marie Joseph RAINVILLE. Though, I don't know
what he'd be doing there, and with a different branch of Rainvilles...

Hard to tell when people can't sign their name. Sigh....

But, as you know, there were many, many marriages between the RAINVILLE
and the LOISELLE...

Cheers,

Mona
