It reads that Emelda was domiciled in the parish, minor daughter of Stanislas Milotte domiciled in New York Mills.

New York Mills is near or at Oneida, NY.

You'll find this new family in the 1911 Census with baby at:

1911 / Quebec / Shefford / 12 Roxton / page 8
