Subject: [Q-R] Looking for a Catholic marriage location circa 1830-ish

I'm looking at two baptism records for St. Anne's Parish, Calumet, QC.  One is for the year 1847 and the other, 1849.  Both records say the parents are from Litchfield.
 
Is it possible the parents married in Ottawa, because this town may not have been established yet, when they married?  And is St. Andrew's Catholic Parish, West,  Ontario, in close proximity to Litchfield?  I'm trying to figure out where these Catholic people married circa 1830's.
