Hi Darlene,
 
I, too, am looking for the marriage of Pierre PEPIN and Henriette BELANGER.  I have a hunch that Henriette's first name may be Elisabeth, but just a hunch.   And I'm almost sure there is a dit LACHANCE in my line but haven't found that yet, either.  These are my 2nd great grandparents on my father's maternal side.  How are you related to the PEPIN line?

Maybe Pepin-
Lachance.   Maybe he has a Noel in his name.
