Mona, The only thing that you need to do is cover the grapes with cold
water in a large pot.
As you wash them squish the grape and drop into the pot skin and all
Then add an extra 2 cups of water..
Boil gently until all the fruit is mushy and very soft.
Then strain it threw a jelly bag and let it drip overnight but don't touch
or squeeze the bag or your jelly will not be clear.
In the morning measure the juice and add an equal amount of white sugar to
juice then boil gently until it is at the jelling point about 20 to 45 min..
DO NOT STIR JUICE ONCE IT STARTS TO BOIL....
Skim the white froth gently from the top of the juice as much as you can.
Using a silver spoon scoop a little bit juice and let juice drip off the
spoon
keep testing till you get a jelly sheet from the spoon.
Skim the top of the juice again but do not stir.
Then pour gently into jelly jars and seal with wax. Enjoy!
Good Luck, Bonne Chance!
Fran
