And while we're on the path to the collective kitchen...

Do any of you have a tried and true recipe for Ontario Blue Grape
Jelly? Some of you may know this as Concord Grape Jelly.

I lost my old recipe and tried to make a batch from memory last
weekend. It tastes wonderfull but the jelly hasn't, well, jelled. And
I now have several jars of grape coulis... (which won't go to waste, for
sure) ;-)
