Hmmmmmmmmmmmm out of the motel at 9:20am. Heading west on Rt. 37 to Rt. 58
south to Edwardsville, N.Y.
Yeah, I'm somewhere else, not home, Sue and I slipped away for a few days.
And today I am slipping away for a few hours to check out a couple local
cemeteries I haven't been to before in St Lawrence County.
Edwardsville Cemetery at 9:32am.
Charlemagne Pope(< unusual combination) 1814-1889.
Boyd A. Simmoneau RCT US Army 1928-1977.
Here is a neat epitaph, especially if your into
" Here lies the body of Samuel Crane
He ran a race with a passenger train
He got to the crossing and almost across
Sam and his car was a total loss
Sam's spirit now tolls his knell
That Sam is on his way to well
If he only took time to stop look and listen
He'd be living now instead of missing."

Gilbert Stout Born June 18, 1835 and died July 16, 1902.(< was Gil a big
Sarah Tann 1905-1998.
Another great epitaph, by unknown.............
" Owen Moore has passed away
Owin' More than he could pay"
Stephen Hawkins(< famous name but he's still alive in England) died July 20,
1902 age 87 years.
Walked .6 miles in this "Echoes of the Past", picked up 1 flag and vacated
Now I have headed right back to Ogdensburg for Foxwood Mausoleum which I
have never stopped at before. The door was locked but the key was in the door,
so I let myself in. This key in the door has happened to me a couple times
before at other Mausoleums................

Walked .6 miles in this "Court of Remains" and vacated at 11:28am.
Returned to the motel at 11:54am and that's it for this trip, now back to
reading...........................and watching the Lake Boats go by.
Another good few hours with the dead.
Bill....................I am happy to report that Ogdensburg got itself a
great Chinese Buffet....................we attended their, grub session , twice,
once for lunch and once for dinner. :)
