Yes Elenore - you're right. Pierre Tremblay and Jeanne Achon are my 7th great grandparents; their daughter Louise married Ignace Gagné/Gagnier in 1689. Ignace parents were Louis Gasnier/Gagné and Marie Michel.

Squeezed between "Happy Canada Day" and "Happy Fourth" is July Third - the anniversary day of the founding of the City of Quebec by Samuel de Champlain in 1608. They are celebrating in a grande way for their 400th!
