Subject: [Q-R] found something but not sure how it translates

My maternal line comes from Hardy. First of Neuville 1666 then Montreal.
Recorded as Hardy dit Chatillon. Have never figured the dit name out as to
what it could mean or indicate about him. I just found this in google books
under Nobiliaire et armorial de Bretagne
I must say the printing is blurry so I'm doing the best I can. I don't have
accents. The s(r) that I put the r in brackets is because the r is small
and at the top. I think it might mean senior but I have no idea. I tried to
space and mark just as in the book. ANY HELP GREATLY APPRECIATED.

D'arent a quatre aiglons d'azur, membres et becques d'or.
