Hi Jackie,

Sorry, I didn't find the marriage that you are looking for, but I did find a subsequent marriage.

Theodule GIROUX (Vf Valerice GREGOIRE)
Valerie BECHARD (Pierre & Claire TREMBLAY)
St-Cyprien, Napierville, QC; March 5, 1903
Source: BMS2000

By the way Valerie BECHARD got around. Prior to her marriage to Theodule she was married to Pierre POULIN (1861), Aristide SIMARD (1893) and Isaac PINSONNEAULT (1898).

Good luck.

I'm looking for the marriage and parents of Theodule GIROUX and
Valerin/Valerie GREGOIRE in the 1860s.

Three children were born in Sherrington between 1878-1881 but they also had
other children ranging in age from 6-16 so, presumably they were m. before
1865.

Another enigma is that the 1881 census shows them as "Episcopalienne" but
the youngest three, including the one-month old Marie-Louise were baptised at
St-Patrice in Sherrington.

TIA for any leads,
Jackie Hostage
