Helene-Juliette CRETE (Napoleon & Philomene Dufour)
b 21 Apr 1898; bp 24 Apr 1898, Montreal, QC - Ste-Elisabeth du Portugal.
Godfather: Hermengilde Blanchard
godmother: Marie-Louise Portelance

She's the only one listed in BMS2000 under all spellings.
