Hi Bill and All
Just made app't with orthopod today. Knee has suddenly gone very bad
due to an old injury that has really been okay until we did Las Vegas,
(a town where walking is the only way to get around).
Good grief, was Bette Davis ever correct when she said that getting
older wasn't for sissies.
Right now I am reduced to swimming only, and the pool was so full at 6
am today that I just turned around and came home.
That all said, when I read the obits and news each day, and know how
tough others lives are, and I have been blessed, and count said
blessings each day. ..especially those days when I find myself becoming
mired in self-pity.
